I applied through other source. I interviewed at Norwegian American Hospital (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process was short and straight forward. It did not seem very competitive to me. I wasn’t asked any of the questions I had rehearsed answers to like “why do you want to work here” or any “tell me about a time when...” questions. I was told at the end of my interview that I was going to be offered the position and was contacted by HR to start the onboarding process before I had even left the building.

Question 1
I wasn’t asked many questions. Majority of the interview was just the hiring manager talking about the position requirements. The only questions I was asked was did I think that I could perform the tasks that were explained to me and whether I was pursuing a nursing degree down the line.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Norwegian American Hospital (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
After doing an application online ,you get a call back and get a phone interview and talk about pay rate and what shift you ate interested in. You then later set up and interview time and date with the hiring manager. The in person interview last about 20-30 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Norwegian American Hospital in Jul 2018
Interview
Was first screened by HR, then later set up an in-person interview with the Rehab Director. Rehab Director was very kind and personable and wanted to ensure that the position was given to someone who was passionate and thorough. Was introduced to the rehab team and taken on a tour after interview. Great experience overall.
