Not Your Average Joes interview questions

The interview was brief and straightforward. Relevant questions only. The manager/ interviewer and kind and seemed respectful and willing to be flexible. I have no complains about the process and overall had a good experience, I ultimately went with another opportunity

Straightforward & honest. Management does a great job of being fully transparent in highlighting the experience necessary to succeed, day-to-day requirements & attitude expectations. Once hired, NYAJ management did a fabulous job of training me on the menu (special included), explaining required side work, & training employees on how to efficiently operate company issued Point of sale systems.
