I met them at a Career Day festival at Technopolis. They were very pleasant and invited me to talk with them at their headquarters. During that period of my life, I was open to new job opportunities. Unfortunately, they make it very hard to join them if you are not living and being paid by your parents. They do not give you a car, a phone or pay for your tickets to go from one house to another. You have to pay for everything for yourself. You are not getting paid a salary. You only get a bonus after you sell a house and only then. They provide you with a very old computer at their headquarters to check their databases and do data entry for new properties. This is something that they require you to do, ideally, right away. I was not in a position to spend money from day one instead of earn. And as much as a good real estate agent someone might be or become, selling a house does not happen within a few days. Therefore it was not something that was interesting to me. Especially during a time when houses in Greece were not easy to be sold.
