The "interview" started with a paper test on bookkeeping and QuickBooks software and afterwards I was asked to leave before being interviewed because I didn't score high enough on the test. This company wasted my time by not having an organized hiring process and not advertising their open position adequately (i.e. must know how to perform all functions of job before starting the job). Don't make the same mistake I did, be confident that you will get the job before taking the time out of your day to interview with this company. They clearly have no qualms over asking you to leave during any part of the process if you don't fit their needs.

Interview
I replied to a bulletin board posting at school about an intern position via email. They responded and we set up an appointment for a face to face with the owner. He was extremely thorough with my past work history and timeline. He said that I looked great and did a good job. He gave me some advise and told me they were not busy enough to bring on an intern.
