Interview began with the VP of Substation Automation, Alan Staatz. After a few brief questions about my background, I was given a tour of Novatech's production facility, warehouse, and factory acceptance testing room. I was also introduced to the Project Manager of the Systems Engineering group, Joe Tilton. Overall, the interview took about an hour.
