One phone interview with HR, personality test, and two separate interviews in office. Mostly included standard interview questions and conversation about resume. Was not too difficult and faculty seemed friendly.

Interview
I applied online for the interview. Days later, I received an email to select a time-slot to interview. The interview was held on campus through the university. It was a very laid-back atmosphere. The interviewer wanted to get to know the interviewee. When the interview was concluded, I was told I'd hear back within a week, in which I did, to schedule a secondary interview with the partners. I was given an option to select the date for the second interview as well.

Interview
Two Skype interviews. First with two employees in middle management. Second with the partner that runs the Payroll Auditing department. It was a very laid back and informal interview process. They had questions prepared but enjoyed going off topic and discussing personal experiences and likes/dislikes as well. One of the most comfortable interviews I have ever had.

The biggest concern is am I okay with traveling as this job requires some in-house work but the majority of audits are conducted in the field.
