I was first called and answered some quick questions over the phone that lead me to be invited to a hiring event. I picked a 30-minute time slot on the day of the event that worked for me. There were multiple tables there that were holding interviews for various positions and units. I interviewed with a director of the unit I was applying for and she asked me a few questions about myself, why I wanted to be cna, and what my availability was. She then proceded to tell me about the normal day to day activity of the unit and the work schedule. After asking a few questions of my own she thanked me and went to another table to speak with some other people. She then came back and offered me the position on the spot.

The interviewer was extremely nice and was very friendly. Overall the interview was laid back with typical interview questions. Nothing that was unexpected. She also gave me a tour of the unit. Most questions were based on background and how past experiences will help you with the current position being applied for.
