it was basically an interview for her to determine if you will be her friend or not. nothing about the role itself, she just wanted to asset dominance and determine if you will listen and follow orders

The process was effective and efficient. One on one interview with the direct hiring manager. Received the full position description after the initial interview. The questions were commonly used; tell me about yourself, why do you want this job etc.
