Google is not, nor are most large tech companies. Unsolicited Tip: Take the time to set up in person video conferences with who you feel are the best candidates. You can record these for your files if you feel this process is vital to the candidate screening process. Asking the candidate to do this seems one sided toward the employer and lazy.
