Several phone interviews and 3 in-person reviews.
My first interview was a phone screen with an HR person even though I was an internal referral.
Second interview was a skype interview with a key colleague who was offsite at the time.
Third was a series of one on one interviews with Human Resources and several key business stake holders. Obviously the HR interview focused on cultural fit and leadership style. Others covered my specific skill set and were focused on stories behind events on my resume and explanations for why I am interviewing at Novelis. Much discussion was around what kind of leadership and growth opportunity Novelis offered. Cultural fit, knowledge of JOB were important during the interview process. Did not get a sense for any comprehensive programs for management growth, primarily because there are none.
