Interview
First, I got a tour of the plant with one employee. It was neat to see everything on the floor. Then I met with team - around 5 people. Very conversational. Used my resume as a jumping off point. Employees were very welcoming!

Question 1
They asked me to talk through my resume. Be prepared to run through each item.
Phone screen, Phone interview, Onsite interview. It seemed like they were hiring a lot of positions. I started getting interviewed for a position I hadn't applied for at first. Then after I quick reset we were back on track.
