Got interviewed by 2 members of the credit team. They were friendly but clearly are not prepared enough to the position they have. Both of them didnt even know what is CFA, I was wondering how can this be possible ? Work for a financial institution in a managerial position and not knowing what is CFA ? In addition to that, they have never answered back... no email... no call... nothing... poor procedures, poor management and lack of professionalism...
