Interview
Three interviews. First online with hiring manager. Second a presentation in front of the team. Later HR person joined. Third in person with members of the team. The third interview is who day where you meet many different team members.
Really professional, matching is very important, same as personality. There will be test about the IQ and also EQ, which will be used as a data set to talk to you together figure out how you see things and solve problem, you can also argue or disagree, it is also kind of pressure test i guess.
