The interview took around one hour with a presentation attached to the company and also the introduction of the panel and oneself.

It included four interviews: an initial interview focused on my motivation to join the company and the Graduate Programme; a group exercise assessing teamwork and communication; a behavioral interview exploring my workplace behavior and how I handle conflict; and a final interview about my values, strengths, weaknesses, and daily work motivation.
