very detailed, professional and analysis oriented interview. done with the district sales manager and the area sales manager were too professional assertive to the point and engaging. from the few interviews I did I think every question in it counts and had meaning

overall interview process was good. there were 3 rounds and a medical test including the company overview. Interview was first conducted by the immediate boss followed by the medical test and after few days by ZSM. after selection the interview was conducted by sales director.
