I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk (Hillerød) in Jun 2023
Interview
The first interview was casual. First an overview of the company, the team, and the positions responsibilities were given. Then some questions about myself, my expectations for workplace environment etc. Then a more organic conversation about challenging aspects of the position and some personal interests.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in May 2024
Interview
One hour allocated for an interview with a hiring manager. Typical corporate interview where they asked questions from a list. As the positron was for a recently graduated student, they mostly focused on problem solving skills and personality. I had to back my answers up with real life scenarios from the university (or work)

Question 1
How do you divide work in the team? Do you prefer to solve problems on your own or do you prefer to rely on group work and your team members?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk in Jan 2021
Interview
I’ve been stood up for my interview for this role TWICE now by Ebonne Dupree, after she and Novo Nordisk reached out to me first. I am extremely disappointed, as I was very excited about this opportunity.
As a 4.0 graduate student with experience in medical device engineering/programming as well as PLCs and automation, I am shocked to have not even been worthy of a quick email letting me know I am not the right candidate for the role.
I understand companies don’t necessarily have to let candidates know they are no longer in consideration, but when the company reaches out first and schedules an interview, I feel it is only right.
