Had a pleasantly nice interview experience with Novo. I interviewed for a manager role and had 5 rounds (HR screen, HM, 3 rounds with team leads). HR kept me informed throughout the process
I attended the first round and later worked on an assignment as well. Questions were slightly relevant but not very much to the job description. I felt they shopuld have asked more data oriented ones.

A long talk about me and how I would fit the role. There was 1,2 and 3 interviews. Very friendly hiring manager and recruiter. I began the interview with a short introduction of my most relevant work experience and my education with a combination of my personal life (short life story).
