Interview
A recruiter got my foot in the door, they gave me a worksheet which was a fun puzzle and not too hard. Next was a zoom with the potential manager and the final round was an on-site with most of the R&D team. Some of the higher ups were awesome and extremely friendly and others were a little too serious. If you understand experimental design and have a good grasp of some in vivo and bench procedures you’ll do great.
