I was called and asked to meet with the hiring manager in Phoenix AZ. I drove 2 hours to get to the interview and was greeted and taken to the conference room where we sat down and asked a few questions (nothing difficult) and the hiring manager got a phone call and left the room. I had communicated with the manager over the next several weeks asking if I was still being considered for the position and was led on several times then ghosted. If I'm not being considered just tell me, I can take it but being led on is not right and a waste of time.
