It was a very thorough interview process, for me it was a total of 7. The advantage of that though, is that you get to meet with someone from all the core parts of the business that you'd interface with, which provides ample opportunity to get a sense of the culture, ask questions, and learn about the team dynamics. Changing jobs is a big decision, and it felt calibrated accordingly.
