The hiring process started with a referral from a NuVasive sales rep to whom I reached out asking for a job. Then I filled out the job application at NuVasive's careers website. After two week I heard back from a recruiter. Then, silence for two more weeks; I though the hiring wasn't going to move forward and started considering offers from other companies. Then I heard back from NuVasive scheduling three phone interviews. Two of the interviews lasted 30 min and the last was of 1 hour. Overall, in the sum of the 3 interviews I felt that my skills were properly accessed. One offer was made. I was prone to reject it. One more phone interview was scheduled. After that interviews I waited one more week and was made an offer that I accepted. I'm happy for having insisted in getting employed by NuVasive after negotiating some of the work conditions and perspectives.

30 min phone screening, then 45 min panel Interview with area manager and team manager. Panel interview was intense in terms of skill set and anatomical knowledge, moved from one question to another quickly.
