The HR was no show, I waited for 15 minutes and decided to email him and check. He called me immediately and started the interview. He sounded unprepared and was obviously reading a piece of paper while talking about the company. It was pretty standard process where he briefly talked about the company, role, and clients. I didn't get a chance to talk about myself, only had to answer some standard questions. He claimed he would push me as a top candidate, one week later I got an email from him that they have decided to go with someone else due to my location. This job is a remote position.
