Alright process, though a bit lengthy. The first stage was a call with the recruiter to talk about the position and get to know the candidate. I found the recruiter to be a bit rude. He tried to make me feel that my experience was not as relevant as what they expected from the candidates, yet he allowed me to go through the next stage. The next 2 stages were technical challenges. First, is a time-limited test where they test mathematics, and some basic coding. Then a take-home test (a bit long but nice to solve). After going through the "assignments" part, candidates can continue to the "face-to-face" interviews. I reached the f2f interviews and was let know by the recruiter that he will contact me to arrange these sessions... however, it never actually happened. I tried contacting the recruiter via email, and phone several times. No avail. This was a disrespectful and unprofessional process. I never knew that when companies want to interview candidates, the candidates have to chase the company? Go figure?
