Interview
The interview was quite easy. First was over the phone, they ask a few questions and ask for your availability to come into the office. Then an invitation to the office. questions were easy.
Telephonic interview followed by in office interview, which involves reading script over a mock telephone call. this was a group test. purpose was to check how i answered the call, courtesy and and my ability to stick to the script plus impromptu rebuttals.
