I received a phone call from their recruiter the same day I applied. This impressed me as most companies take a few days. The recruiter asked about my salary requirements and went through a list of technologies and asked about my experience with each one. The next day I had a phone interview setup with a director of engineering. He went more in depth about what the company does and the culture they are trying to achieve. He asked more details about my experience with each technology that they use and told me a little about their teams. A week later I went to their office for an in person interview. There were four engineers who took turns asking questions and everyone I met was very nice.
