Very long and very drawn out. 4 rounds of interviews. Personality tests and quizzes during the first in person interview. 2 hours of shadowing after your last interview. After the shadowing they took at least 3-4 days to get back to me and let me know they would like to move forward. After that was brought in for new hire paperwork, front desk schedule and up training schedule.
