Job introduction --> interviewee introduction --> interviewee's questions for the interviewer Informal interview (i.e., more like networking and not so much Q&A, Q&A) Much of the "interview" was the interviewer talking about his role and how they are looking for someone to transfer his work to as he moves into a different position. He also showed me their company systems and some orders as examples. I didn't do much talking... this went on for 1.5 hrs.
