Interview

Straightforward, not much questioning. It primarily consisted of a meet and greet with the CEO, and the process came off as calm and inviting. Questions revolved around familiarity with the Security Industry overall. They seemed to be looking to fill slots so newcomers were considered at pay lower than initially offered.

Short, manager had asked no questions about job history. Location has way more employees then there is parking available without walking a block. Position listed pay as up to $32 an hour, asked for $29 an hour and was offered $19.50.

Unprofessional, lacked company detail, short, non probing into my work history. Overall the manager in the interview had no idea what she was doing or how to properly interview people.
