Temp agency placement and hired after 30 days. Upstate Staffing was very helpful with the process and during the 90 day probation period . The benefits and insurance was a plus.

I was brought in through a Temp company and the interview was nearly nonexistent. I took a very small quiz that basically verified that I could count and perform basic math. There was never any mention of my actual qualifications.
