This one ranks up as one of the most disorganized interviews I've had for a while, even given COVID-19.
Started off OK with an introductory getting to know you talk, but Nutrafol kept dragging things out, or being confused on their own process. I would have to ask for updates after submitting things (eg: tech take-home test), or being in contact with them post interview. Mailing back and forth over the course of a week for two exchanges after what seemed to be a good tech interview with two members (Sr. and Mid), I am told that I would get a response the next evening, only to wait another six (!) days to get a "we're moving in a different direction" form letter rejection. No real feedback, which seemed odd given the personal manner we were carrying on, and the time investment on my own side.
I understand that COVID-19 has upended many business plans, but all the following up I had to do strikes me as sloppy on Nutrafol's part.
