Three rounds of interviews with increasingly senior staff ranging from associate to managing director. Most questions focused on culture fit while also assuring necessary qualifications met. Excel modeling test and some technical questions asked.

I spoke to HR on the phone first. Then a Zook call with the MD. Then a super day with 6 team members. Everyone was fairly relaxed, although I had to follow up to find out I wasn’t going further.
