Three phase interview to allowed multiple levels of management the ability to interview a panel of applicants. First phase of the interviews went over an applicant's background (from childhood through current events). Second phase applied to commercial construction and basic plan reading. Third phase dealt with problem solving/critical thinking. Overall it was not overly stressful and most of the interviewers were warm and welcoming.

I was contacted by phone to set up an interview. 3 person panel asking typical questions. It wasn’t my first pick of job and I think they could tell that because I didn’t seem overly excited about the position and never got a call back. Fine with me, I wasn’t looking forward to spending my days hanging around the water cooler listening to the sycophantic laughter of unfunny politically correct corporate humor.
