Interview
Interview went very well. They got me all excited , making me believe that they were really interested in hiring me to the point that they asked me “What will it take for them to bring me in and that they can use me in other areas” So, I followed up after 24 hrs to thank them for the time and opportunity to interview. Then I emailed again after a week of not hearing back from them. Up to this day, not even a courtesy email of rejection or anything. So in a way very glad I didn’t go work with them if this is how it was going to go. I guess everyone is different when they have talent in front of them and they just let walk out the door then hire someone without skills and so on. Feedback would be great, Not only will it help the person applying to know what they could’ve done different in order to better prepare for future interviews. Good luck if you ever apply there.

Interview
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at O'Gara Coach Company (Santa Monica, CA) in late March 2015.
My initial application was submitted in August 2014!
The interview process consisted of a preliminary criteria assessment test which is horrendous and menial to the hiring process! This is sign number one to run away from this place.
The test admin was the hiring personnel who did not know how to have a personable conversation & persisted only saying what you are going to do without making eye contact according to a script ! Which was not creative, not informational and lacked relevancy to the role!
When questioned about the companies direction, the target goals within this role, company culture, development and the leaderships approachability all she would say was that you are here to serve and we need someone with a degree who loves cars because someone who knows cars without a degree has not worked out for us before.
When questioned on compensation there was no transparency and in the initial outreach I did not receive an answer to any questions.
This organization lacked communication skills in such a "high net worth" business.
It was not until we had our conversation the she mentioned that the role was a marketing role with a commission structure if you help sell cars. The compensation was very short of what should be expected for the role and the bonus structure was very off based upon their payout methods.
This is another company wanting premier talent for as much as they can skim you on! Do not bother applying here. They do not represent a company worth vesting time into to work with.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three stages. The first initial stage consisted of an online personality and aptitude test which was timed and scored. Once that was over you move onto the in-person interview with the manager and director which was extensive yet enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to answer questions both professionally and personally but that is only because they are upfront about everything. I really liked this transparency as it shows the company's sincerity as an employer. The next part is the standard background check and offer letter.
