Submitted an application, filled out a very long form that was "guaranteed" follow up meeting. I was passed after filling out the long form. Form was a waste of time.

Then, I interviewed a hiring manager.
After that, I interviewed a peer engineer.
Then extra interviews with the CTO, Co-Founder, and Sr. Engineering Manager.
