Interview
Group discussion and panel interview with 4 interviewer. In the group interview, everyone will be given a scenario that might face during the job, and you need to disuses your scenario with your group mate and have a short presentation at the end. In the panel interview, there will be mixture of behavioral and technical questions. The interviewers are quite nice, if you don't know the answers, they will give you some hints.

Interview
Oral interview first with the candidate and 2 members of the fellowship team- a director and program manager. Then a written interview. One is in the form of an essay and the other is a quantitative analysis question.
