Overall, it was a very friendly interview. I appreciated that the interviewers were not only focused on assessing my fit for the role but also genuinely eager to explain the company to me as a candidate. The interview mainly consisted of behavioral questions, discussions about how I would handle client service situations, and explanations of my previous work experience.
