The company cold-called me unexpectedly during the workday to conduct a phone interview. The questions were fairly standard but came rapid-fire with little context. They asked why I’d be a good fit, why I’m looking to leave my current role, what I know about the organization, and why I’m interested in joining now. They also asked about my working style (independent vs. collaborative) and my biggest weakness.
