When I interviewed - It was a 2 interview in person process. I believe now it is a screening call with Hr and then an interview with the Student Services Manager.

Question 1
It has been awhile since I interviewed with them and I am sure it has changed a bit. However, the questions will most likely be geared towards how you handle an upset parent or engage a child that is not motivated .
The interview process went very smooth. First a phone interview for approx. 15 minutes with a talent acquisition specialist and second a virtual Microsoft Teams interview for approx. 60 minutes with the direct supervisor and other team members.
