Multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and various members of the company - this process went on over the course of a few weeks. Most of the team was very friendly and overall pleasant to speak with. They have you submit a project and provided a $200 gift card for the "work," but basically this allows them to take your ideas and plans for the organization at a couple hundred dollars. They then have you present the project to a panel. Lastly you speak with HR.
The reason provided for not getting an offer extended was that I lacked an analytical background, which they knew from the get-go. I saw this position was never filled and they eventually listed a different role. This company didn't know what they wanted or needed and dragged candidates through a grueling interview process for no reason.
