In person interview with the principal and a project engineer, they ask about your professional goals and some structural engineer basic questions. They also explain how the office is structured

Filled out an application once I got there, which felt pretty repetitive since it was just asking the candidate to rewrite their resume. Fairly straight forward interview by the head of the company. Asked classic interview questions, and talked about the company as a whole. No technical portion to the interview.
