While the company doesn't provide a livable base salary, the interview process was simple! I reached out to an employee on LinkedIn and spoke with her. After an informational interview, I interviewed with the CEO and one of the managers.

They went over a slides presentation and ask general questions. It wasn't difficult at all. They are pretty transparent with their payment and promotions. However, they didn't give me a chance to ask questions at the end. Which I found to be a downside.
