When I walked in the entire staff made me feel like I was welcomed and instantly treated me like I was family. I was interviewed by a nice lady in HR department for about 15 minutes. She was very friendly, introduced herself and explained what the company does. Then she listened as I introduced myself and told her my interest in the company. She left and two production supervisors came in, greeted me than asked more questions about what I knew about working with electronic assembly, What shifts was I interested in, and basically asked me how soon I could start. They took me for a tour through the building and two production floors. They had me sit at two different stations where a worker showed me how to assemble product, which I handled with no problem.
