Contacted by HR for a hackerank test. Passed it apparently because I was invited to the next round of interviews that were mostly about operations research and C++. Took them more time than needed to figure out and say to me that I do not have a PhD and they look for someone that have one or have experience to make up for it. So, just because you passed the initial test and invited to an interview, do not get your hopes up if you do not have a PhD.
