Found ad in the paper, hiring was done by Manpower, called before submitting application which was appreciated. Manpower did personality test, and first interview. Second interview was done with Manpower and hiring manager. Third interview done with hiring manager and colleague. Total process of about 1½ months. While first interview was a lot of questions to find out everything about me, second and third interview was more about getting to know me and me getting to know the manager.
