The interview process was incredibly stop start. After applying the initial screening was relatively positive, conducted by teams. The next stage was an interview with the Hiring Manager, again relatively positive and engaging experience. Then there was a wait of a couple of weeks at least before the next stage. This involved a panel interview and a presentation in person in their offices. This was originally mooted as being a final stage interview. A final "final stage" interview was then added in a week later, This is where the process starting falling apart. It would seem reception / TA did not inform the interviewer I was in reception. Which lead to the interview starting late, and reduced the time to just over 20 minutes. The interview finished and there was then no further communication from Onyx Insight. Ultimately leaving me with a very poor view of the company and their recruitment procedure. No rejection, no final feedback, no thank you for your time.
