      I interviewed at OPTIML

      Interview

Started off as a good experience, the call with the recruiter was professional and informative, then the interview with the cco went well. The final.interview with the cco and one of the founders was horrible. The cofounder was extremely rude, when I asked how people handle change - as the role would be new and would imply implementing changes I thought this was important to know - his reply was generic saying that as a startup they go through changes constantly. Then I said that my question is more about how people react to change he became very rude and said 'we are not kids we just accept change'. Extremely unprofessional. No wonder the position is still open on LI months after it was first posted
