Interview
A structured process that begins with a phone screen and then followed by a combination of 2 in person or virtual interviews. Don’t go longer than an hour and the questions are role specific.
Good company culture. Good work-life balance. Know your skills and share what you are best at. Being natural. Research and connect to manager's background. Important to have expertise on communicating with a member focused group.

Interview
a short phone interview with 4 questions and then and in person interview with two people that lasted just over an hour. The interviews seemed very loose and casual. Concerned more about fit then then skills.
