I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ORTEC in Aug 2025
Interview
Applied online and was invited to an online assessment that included quantitative and personality questions. The test took around 45 minutes. I was later invited to an interview that focused on my previous experiences and the assessment results.
Although the discussion went smoothly and felt positive, I received a standard rejection email within a week. I followed up requesting feedback, but unfortunately never received a response.
It would be appreciated if ORTEC provided at least brief feedback, especially when candidates invest significant time in assessments and interviews.

I applied through university. I interviewed at ORTEC
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, but worth it. You start off with a phone interview with their recruiter. If all goes well then they will set up a phone/in person interview with the respective team managers. There is usually an assessment involved so they will prefer an in person interview. The interview with the managers can be easy once you are properly prepared. Be prepared to have questions ready for them. So that you can have a better idea of the position and they can understand where best you will fit in.
