Interview
Friendly, brief, professional. They would like to get to know you and make sure you understand aspects of the job. They explain what they are looking for in detail. Language skills are key.
The interview was pretty casual and it mainly consisted of real time translation. There were official members of OSCE/ODIHR and a professional translator. The interview also consisted of describing and clarifying the job position and some trivial questions.

The main questions were to translate a text from Romanian to English and vice versa, and we did a short simulation for a possible election situation.
