Interview
Around one month after applying I received an invitation for a written test. The test was challenging for an internship, the time to do it was 2 hours and there were 3 questions. 2 of them consisted of drafting legal memoranda. The other question was about the work of the organisation.

I did not pass onto the interview stage but a colleague of mine did and told me the questions were simpler. General questions about interest in and work of the organisation, and competency based questions.
